Terms of Service
Last updated: August 27, 2026
These Terms govern access to and use of Pageey services.
Purpose of the service
Pageey provides software tools intended to help merchants manage commerce operations, customers, orders, products and authorized customer communications.
Account responsibility
Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting their credentials and using Pageey only through accounts they are authorized to access.
Connected third-party accounts
Users may connect supported third-party business accounts only when they have the authority to access and manage those accounts. Continued availability of an integration depends on the applicable third-party service, permissions and policies.
Acceptable use
Users must not use Pageey to violate applicable law, third-party platform policies, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, security restrictions or the rights of customers and other users.
Merchant data
Merchants are responsible for the business data they submit to Pageey and for ensuring they have an appropriate basis to process customer information through their workflows.
Service availability and changes
Pageey may change, suspend or discontinue features as the platform evolves. Features that rely on third-party services may change when those providers modify their products, APIs, policies or approval requirements.
Security and suspension
Pageey may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the platform, investigate abuse, enforce these Terms or respond to security or legal requirements.
No unauthorized access
Users must not attempt to bypass authentication, access another merchant's data, interfere with service operation, probe the service without authorization or misuse connected-platform credentials.
Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated as Pageey and its services evolve. The date above reflects the latest published version.
