User Data Deletion

Pageey respects your privacy and provides a way to request deletion of personal data associated with your Pageey account and authorized connected services, including supported Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp integrations.

How to request deletion

Send an email to developer@pageey.com with the subject Pageey Data Deletion Request.

Please include:

• the email address associated with your Pageey account;
• the Pageey store or business name related to the request, if applicable;
• the connected Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp business account name, if relevant;
• enough information for us to verify that you are authorized to make the request.

What happens after a valid request

After we verify the request, Pageey will delete or permanently de-identify personal data associated with the requested account where applicable.

This may include Pageey account data, connected-platform identifiers, stored authorization credentials, retained messaging data and supported attachments.

If the request relates to a connected Meta account, Pageey will also stop using the relevant connection to access new data after the connection is revoked or disconnected.

Information that may be retained

Limited information may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution or accounting obligations.

Any retained information will be limited to the purpose requiring retention and handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Connected third-party platforms

Deleting data from Pageey does not automatically delete information held independently by Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp or another third-party platform.

Requests concerning data controlled independently by those providers may need to be submitted directly to the relevant provider.

Confirmation

We process valid deletion requests without undue delay and in accordance with applicable requirements.

We may contact you only when necessary to verify the request or clarify which Pageey account or connected business account it concerns.

Once the request has been processed, confirmation will be sent to the requesting email address.
